Om Chef Prep kit
100% Plant Based, 80% raw, 20% cooked
Om Chef Prep kit provides five to nine servings of plant based ingredients per day, per person. Featuring a variety of the freshest fruit and vegetables from the Hollywood and Santa Monica farmers markets all cleaned and chopped, most will remain raw and some par-cooked, whole grains are steamed, beans are slow cooked. A variety of herbs, nuts and seeds, whole grain breads and wraps are also included in each kit.
Easily create three to four days of 100% plant based meals using your own recipes, google or Om cooking on the Om Chef blog..
Per Person:
4 8oz serving steamed whole grain
15+ 4 oz servings of fruit, vegetables and greens
4 8oz serving slow cooked beans, peas or legumes
3 servings of breads / wraps
4-6 oz fresh herbs
1 8oz fresh vinaigrette
2 2oz servings of nuts and seeds
